WineDiva's Review

Tangy, complex, levity.
A melange of elderflower, lime and grapefruit aromas pop out of the glass and are followed up with snap peas, green apple and white peach. Even with its creamy edge, the wine is bright and tangy on the palate. Overall, a concentrated Savvy with wonderful levity and complexity.
Pair
Fresh seafood dishes, oysters, chevre and spring greens.
